1. “Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling”
The opening phrase directs all attention toward God’s power and faithfulness. Jude does not say that believers are preserved because they are perfect or because they never face struggles. Instead, he points to God as the One who is able to keep them standing.
Human beings experience weaknesses, temptations, doubts, and difficulties. Spiritual growth is a journey where believers must continually depend on God’s guidance and strength. The phrase “keep you from falling” refers especially to being protected from spiritual failure, turning away from truth, and being overcome by sin.
God does not abandon His people when they face challenges. His power provides protection, wisdom, and encouragement. Through faith, prayer, His Word, and the work of the Holy Spirit, believers receive help to remain faithful.
This verse gives confidence that spiritual security ultimately rests in God’s ability, not merely human effort.
2. “And to present you faultless before the presence of His glory”
The next part of the verse describes God’s purpose: to present His people “faultless” before His glorious presence.
The word “faultless” means being made pure, accepted, and without blame. This does not describe human perfection achieved by personal strength. Instead, it points toward the transformation and forgiveness that God provides.
The presence of God’s glory represents His holiness, greatness, and majesty. The Bible teaches that God desires to bring His people into a close relationship with Him, where they can stand before Him with confidence and peace.
This promise gives believers hope that God is working in their lives. He is not only concerned with their present struggles but also with their final destination. His purpose is to prepare them for eternal fellowship with Him.
3. “With exceeding joy”
Jude describes God’s presentation of believers as something filled with “exceeding joy.” This phrase shows that God’s final work brings complete happiness and celebration.
The joy mentioned here is greater than temporary happiness found in worldly achievements or possessions. It is a deep spiritual joy that comes from knowing that God has fulfilled His promise.
For believers, the future presence of God is not a moment of fear but a moment of great joy because God Himself has provided the way for reconciliation and restoration.
4. “To the only wise God our Saviour”
Jude concludes this praise by recognizing God as the only wise God and Saviour. God’s wisdom is beyond human understanding. He knows what His people need, understands their struggles, and has the perfect plan for their lives.
Calling God “Saviour” highlights His role as the One who rescues and restores. Salvation is not only about being delivered from past mistakes but also about being guided and preserved throughout life.
5. “Be glory and majesty, dominion and power”
The final words are a declaration of worship. Jude gives God the honor, greatness, authority, and power that belong to Him.
“Glory” recognizes His greatness.
“Majesty” acknowledges His supreme nature.
“Dominion” declares His authority over all things.
“Power” celebrates His ability to accomplish His purposes.

“بڑی خوشی کے ساتھ”
یہ الفاظ ظاہر کرتے ہیں کہ خدا کی طرف سے مکمل ہونے والا کام خوشی کا سبب ہے۔
دنیا کی خوشیاں عارضی ہوتی ہیں، لیکن خدا کی طرف سے ملنے والی خوشی دائمی اور گہری ہوتی ہے۔ یہ وہ خوشی ہے جو خدا پر ایمان اور اس کے وعدوں پر بھروسے سے پیدا ہوتی ہے۔
مومن کے لیے خدا کی حضوری خوف کی جگہ خوشی اور اطمینان کی جگہ ہے، کیونکہ خدا خود اسے تیار کرتا اور سنبھالتا ہے۔
“واحد دانا خدا ہمارے نجات دینے والے کے لیے”
یہاں خدا کی حکمت اور نجات کا ذکر کیا گیا ہے۔ خدا کی حکمت انسانی عقل سے کہیں بلند ہے۔ وہ انسان کی ضرورتوں، مشکلات اور حالات کو مکمل طور پر جانتا ہے۔
