Titus 3:8 ایک نہایت عملی اور اہم تعلیم پیش کرتی ہے۔ اس آیت میں پولس رسول Titus کو ہدایت دیتے ہیں کہ وہ ایمانداروں کو مسلسل یہ تعلیم دیتے رہیں کہ جو لوگ God پر ایمان لائے ہیں وہ اچھے کاموں کو قائم رکھنے میں محتاط اور سنجیدہ رہیں۔ اس کا مقصد صرف ذاتی روحانی ترقی نہیں بلکہ دوسرے انسانوں کے لیے حقیقی فائدہ پیدا کرنا بھی ہے۔

اچھے کام بہت سی شکلوں میں ہو سکتے ہیں: ضرورت مند کی مدد کرنا، کسی غم زدہ شخص کو تسلی دینا، سچ بولنا، وعدہ پورا کرنا، والدین اور خاندان کے ساتھ اچھا برتاؤ کرنا، دوسروں کو معاف کرنا، کسی کمزور شخص کے ساتھ رحم کا معاملہ کرنا، ایمانداری سے کام کرنا اور اپنے معاشرے کے لیے مفید ہونا۔

• کیا میں اچھائی کو صرف ایک وقتی عمل سمجھتا ہوں یا اپنی زندگی کا مستقل حصہ بناتا ہوں؟
